Demystifying Meditation

Chapter Two of Bounce Back Stronger is entitled “Demystifying Meditation.” After each chapter of the book, readers are prompted to listen to a short, free recorded meditation. These are those meditations. The different types of meditations include:

  • Mindfulness
  • Walking
  • Visualization
  • Loving Kindness
  • Mantra

Remember: Meditation is practice, not performance.
